This interactive workshop equips you with practical tools to turn everyday interactions into meaningful opportunities for improving community health and wellbeing. Learn evidence‑based insights on smoking, physical activity, healthy eating, alcohol, mental wellbeing and immunisations, and build confidence using the simple but powerful Ask–Advise–Act model for healthy conversations.  Whether you’re supporting service users, chatting with community members, or working on the front line, MECC helps you make those moments count. Perfect for anyone who wants to inspire healthier choices and strengthen community wellbeing.
