Health and Care Research Wales – Research Updates with Focus on Women’s Health

Health and Care Research Wales have shared its latest research updates, including the launch of Wales’ first Women’s Health Research Centre, backed by a £3 million investment to tackle health inequalities and improve women’s representation in clinical research. The centre brings together researchers, NHS partners and communities to drive innovation and transform women’s healthcare across the life course.
The update also highlights wider research developments, including evidence-informed improvements in ambulance services, new funding opportunities through commercial (VPAG) research investment calls, and upcoming research events and webinars.
