WCVA’s Health and Social Care Project recently commissioned University of South Wales to produce a report on the economic contribution the voluntary sector can make in easing the pressure on health and care services.
The report, The contribution of voluntary organisations to the health and care prevention agenda, is now available here. It highlights several key findings at a time when pressure on public resources is increasing alongside calls on the voluntary sector to demonstrate value for money.
You can read a news story summarizing the report here.
