Peer-supported sessions running Monday–Friday on key topics such as Managing Pain, Fatigue, and Mental Wellness (developed in partnership with the Mental Health Foundation). -
Self-Management Programme:
Designed to help individuals build confidence, knowledge, and skills to better manage long-term conditions.
