Public Health Wales survey aimed at adults aged 55 and older and their attitudes to NHS’ vaccinations

Public Health Wales (PHW) would like to hear from adults aged 55 and older to explore their attitudes, views, and experiences to the vaccinations recommended by the NHS through a short survey.

Feedback collected will help to inform future information and resources to support vaccination choices and uptake.

The survey is available online (computer, tablet, smart phone) and in paper format and will take about 15 minutes to complete.

We welcome your support with encouraging your service users to respond to the survey to ensure that a wide range of voices are represented from our diverse communitiesto help shape inclusive services in Wales.

The survey closes on Sunday 30th November 2025.

If you would like to request a paper survey or get in touch directly with the PHW team for more information, please contact PHW.VaccinesEngagement@wales.nhs.uk
