Share Your Experience of Same Day Urgent Care

Last year, people across Wales shared their experiences of same day urgent care, highlighting key challenges such as long waits, overcrowding, and staff pressures.
Llais now wants to hear from people again to understand what has changed over the past year. If you have used Emergency Departments, Minor Injury Units, or Acute Medical Units in the last 12 months, you are invited to share your experience by 9 November 2025.
