Professionals across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan are invited to apply for a fully funded, six-month accredited programme designed to enhance skills in supporting people with co-occurring and complex needs.
The Complex Needs Programme combines reflective practice, in-person training, and group coaching to promote collaboration, trauma-informed care, and sustainable change across services. Participants will gain tools and insights from multidisciplinary experts on topics including substance use, mental health, homelessness, exploitation, and the criminal justice system.
The programme begins in December 2025 and is open to experienced professionals working in substance use, mental health, homelessness, social care, or community roles.
