With less than two weeks to go until the Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2024, we’d like to take the time to acknowledge all our sponsors supporting the event this year.
Following the huge success of last year’s event, which was attended by over 200 people, this year’s ceremony is again sponsored by Wales & West Housing and supported by Wates, The Open University in Wales, VividBlock, Monmouthshire Building Society, United Welsh, Cardiff and Vale College, Lovell and CentreGreat, and will be held in person at the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff, CF10 5AL and online via Zoom. The event will take place from 3:30pm on 11 November 2024 – in the same week as World Kindness Day.
Here are some messages from our sponsors ahead of the Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2024:

Monmouthshire Building Society
“We’re delighted to once again sponsor the Cardiff Volunteer Awards. As a modern mutual society we embrace our responsibility to address some of the social, economic and environmental challenges our members, communities and colleagues face and we’re proud to support our communities through our voluntary and funding initiatives. Good luck to all of those nominated.”
United Welsh
“We’re thrilled to be sponsoring the Cardiff Volunteer Awards, celebrating the incredible dedication and hard work of the volunteers in our communities. Volunteers provide an invaluable contribution to the lives of our residents, our communities, and the services at United Welsh, and we’re honoured to support such an inspiring event.”
Cardiff and Vale College
“At Cardiff and Vale College, our main purpose is ‘to change lives through learning’, and volunteering provides a fantastic opportunity to develop personal growth and skills, build resilience and strengthen communities. We are delighted to support the C3SC awards as this provides a spotlight on the people and groups who make a huge, positive difference in our communities. We also recognise that volunteers are not paid but they are priceless.”
