Fit50 appointments are being held for patients approaching their 50th birthday and are registered at either Brynderwen & Minster Surgery, Llan Healthcare, Rumney Medical Practice and Willowbrook Surgery.
Please note that patients will be invited for the appointment, it is not a self-referral.
