Digital inclusion Review – Survey by 22nd March

Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) has commissioned Cwmpas to undertake a rapid piece of work around four areas:

  • Ecosystems – identify a mapping of the ecosystems to enable citizens and clinicians to participate in the future development of digital health services in Wales.
  • Engagement – what are the best approaches to engage with seldom heard voices so that relationships of trust can be built to share power and responsibility and participate efficiently with identified pieces of work in the future that relate to digital health.
  • Networks – how to put citizens’ and health care providers’ voices central by developing networks for participation that operate across identified silos.
  • Funding – what are the recommendations for ongoing funding required to develop digital health systems that are co-produced with citizens and health care providers and meet their needs.
We would like to invite you to take part in a short online survey and potentially a follow-up interview, arranged at your convenience. The interview would take approx. 30 minutes and your responses will be treated confidentially. Please complete the survey by Friday 22nd March or at your earliest convenience.
Your support and contributions to this piece of work is appreciated. The final report will summarise the work undertaken, identify key outcomes and make recommendations aligned to the objectives. It will help DHCW continue to improve how they include users of digital services in their work: – where they should be going and how they should be engaging so that external voices are heard in the development of digital health services in Wales in future.
