This WCVA course will help you to identify, measure and record soft outcomes for your project.

By the end of the course participants will have learned / be able to:

• Understand the benefits of being able to identify and monitor soft outcomes
• Explain the difference between soft outcomes and hard outcomes
• Develop a framework for planning, implementing and measuring soft outcomes as part of their overall evaluation strategy
• Understand the range of tools available for measuring soft outcomes

Target Group: This course is intended for those who will need to plan a system for monitoring and evaluating the distance travelled for participants on an EU funded project.
Cost: Free to organisations delivering, or with an interest in delivering, European funded activity under the 2014-2020 programmes.
