Person Centred Reviews
This Learning Disability Wales course gives people:
An understanding of two types of person centred review. One based on what is working and not working from different perspectives, and one that also gathers person centred information to begin to develop a person centred plan or support plan.
An understating of the difference between person centred planning and a person centred review
Structured exercises to enable participants to understand the headings and process used in reviews
An opportunity to practice facilitation skills to be able to facilitate a person centred review.
Practice in developing clear person centred action plans and an understanding of how to use information gathered at a review to enable the development of a person centred plan or support.
Designed for:
Senior managers, first line managers, family members, carers and support workers. To take part in this course you must have attended Person Centred Thinking Skills or already have knowledge and experience of PCP and One Page Profiles.
