SWSH is a group which enables agencies and individuals who work with clients who self-harm (young people and adults) to meet regularly in South Wales.

Following high levels of concern over the lack of understanding around transgender issues, SWSH is delighted to confirm that the speakers at our September Meeting will be:

Alex Drummond:

Alex is a CBT counsellor. She is also a specialist clinician in the field of transgender and an accredited Sexual and Gender Diversity Therapist (SGDT) (Pink Therapy). Alex has a particular specialism in the field of sexuality and gender identity.

Rachel Benson:

Rachel is the Development Officer at Trans*Form Cymru, this is a three year project funded by the Welsh Government to empower and support trans* young people to access their rights and to provide support to youth-facing organisations to address discrimination and exclusion often experienced by trans* young people.
