Are you interested in sharing your story? Would you like to be in a video? Do you know of anyone who might be interested?

Cardiff and Vale Health Board is looking for young people in contact with emotional and wellbeing services to tell their story. They are looking for young people who have accessed services and would be happy to explain their journey, both good and bad, on film.

The filming will take place on 18th April in Penarth.

The Health Board would like to show the film in the promotion of a new services that are being made available in 2016/17.

Join the Dots is the group for young people aged 11- 25 to have a voice in the planning and delivery of mental health services – open to young people and groups with an interest in mental health.
