Establishing a Third Sector MHF Strategy

We will be holding a special Forum event on this day to support the development of a third sector MHF strategy. Cardiff & Vale UHB are keen to develop a strategy with the third sector. This will enable us to clarify our strengths & values and clarify our points in relation to this.

Can you please complete the pre-strategy questionnaire and return it by Monday March 14th or bring it along on the day.
