To enable participants to see how the impact of their project or organisation can be demonstrated and help decision making now and in the future. It will also address any particular areas for development to help participants draw up a realistic action plan for improvement. - Content
- Using the Inspiring Impact code of good impact practice, this course will involve a ‘Impact health check’ of your project or organisation and targeted activities to help you to improve the way you demonstrate impact and integrate impact into planning activities and reviewing your project or organisation achievements.
