This one-day TPAS Cymru course gives you an opportunity to look at some essential ingredients to help make your engagement methods a real success. The course will also include some hands-on, visual and practical sessions.

During the day you will:

• Understand how to identify appropriate engagement methods
• Identify how to evaluate outcomes 
• Explore some new ideas for engagement
• Understand how to plan, prepare and deliver engagement methods
• Look at examples of good practice
• Consider how to provide feedback following events
• Look at reviewing and modifying your existing methods

This course is aimed at volunteers and staff involved with community engagement activities.
