At the end of September 2015 the Welsh Language Commissioner gave notice to 26 organizations of the new Welsh Language Standards they are required to operate, and indicating what they will be what they expected to do and deliver in Welsh in accordance with The Welsh Language Measure (Wales) 2011.

The area of Recruitment and related matters is a key area for enabling all organisations to respond effectively to the challenge of the new Standards.

This training is intended for HR / Personnel managers and staff, and other managers and staff involved in aspects of the Recruitment Process and staff development.

To familiarize attendees with the implications of the Welsh Language Commissioner’s advice  on recruitment matters relating to the Welsh language
