National Assembly for Wales Application Writing – ‘Train the Trainer’ Event
The Assembly is working at improving the diversity of its workforce, especially among Black minority ethnic (BME) members of staff who are underrepresented in its workforce. In order to achieve this we would like to make the application process to the Assembly accessible and easier to understand to a wider group of people.
We are hosting a ‘Train the trainer’ session to help organisations increase their knowledge of the Assembly application process so they can better support clients.
If you are an organisation or an individual currently supporting BME people into employment and would like to better support individuals with the Assembly’s application process then we would like to hear from you.
Aim: To equip support staff with the necessary knowledge to support clients through the Assembly application process.
