Through information sessions and group work, delegates will learn about different types of occupancy agreement and where they can be found – how tenancies vary between council, housing association and private sector – the rights occupiers have to keep their home, and their responsibilities to their landlord – right to repair in rented accommodation – assistance available from local authorities for homeless people.
