Actually taking a training course can be intimidating – that’s where this course can help. Learners will come away with the skills and knowledge to plan and deliver training sessions.
You’ll look at how to relate training to learners’ needs; identify aims and learning outcomes relating to agreed goals; study which training methods might be appropriate; understand how to engage with learning and manage a learning environment, and look at how to monitor learners’ progression and evaluate training.
