This session is organised by Cardiff Council and will cover:

– Duty of care to help service users maintain their oral hygiene
– Cross infection control
– Dental disease and its causes
– Diet and nutrition
– Smoking cessation
– Oral cancer awareness
– Care planning

Those studying for a QCF diploma may use this training as evidence for their portfolios.
