Three-day WCVA course (the other dates are 21 March and 23 May)

The aim of the programme will be to build expertise in managing change to support new models of service delivery and the transformation of Welsh Public Service.

Learning outcomes

You will be able to:

– Develop a personal tool kit to help improve the way in which you manage and lead for change inside organisations
– Develop insight and understanding of how to manage resistance to change and learn to engage others in overcoming the obstacles and hurdles that block progress.
– Work within a collaborative learning community to draw upon systems-wide insight into successful change practice
– Focus upon a particular change process and develop a personal plan to affect change

This learning is only for third sector organisations and is free.
