This course offers the opportunity to discuss, think through and plan for voluntary project work in Africa, highlight potentially challenging issues both in Africa and Wales that links commonly have to deal with, and useful strategies for problem solving with community link partners.

It is ideal for the new project or newer volunteers, and for more experienced volunteers who are leading a team and training/briefing people who are new to development.
