Increasing impact through social media: a guide for trustees

Social media can transform how groups communicate with their members. It can increase efficiency, effectiveness and audience reach, and it can do it all for free.
This session will give an overview of what social media is, how it works and why it is important for the Third Sector. Participants will learn about the benefits of different social media, understand which ones are most appropriate for their organisations, and be able to understand how to measure their impact.
All sessions take place between 5pm-8pm, at a fee of £15 per delegate for WCVA members or £20 per delegate for non-members.
