Public law describes the set of principles that govern the way public bodies make decisions. It covers areas as diverse as procurement, consultation processes, decisions as to whether benefits be granted to individuals or special consideration be given to specific groups in society.

The Public Law Project is an independent, national charity aiming to improve access to justice.
