The aim of this course is to raise awareness of domestic abuse and its incident rates in society, and to enable participants to feel comfortable when referring individuals to appropriate agencies who can provide help and support.

By the end of the training, participants should have an understanding of what domestic abuse is, how prevalent it is in society and how to confidently refer on to specialist domestic abuse service providers.
