Michael Westerman will lead a discussion regarding the amazing turnaround of a substantial Charity that was in danger of closing and how by encouraging the SMT and Trustees to work closely together, the fundraising process revitalised the organisation.  Michael has worked with a large number of charities, particularly with Trustees, in the UK and Internationally.
