Yn dilyn lansiad llwyddiannus Gwobrau Addysgu Profeesiynol Cymru “Gwobr Betty Campbell MBE am hyrwyddo cyfraniadau a safbwyntiau cymunedau Du, Asiaidd a Lleiafrifoedd Ethnig

Gellir dod o hyd i’r ffurflen enwebu yma. Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer enwebiadau yw hanner nos ddydd Mawrth 23ain Tachwedd.

 

Dyfernir y wobr hon i unigolyn, tîm neu ysgol sydd wedi dangos ymwybyddiaeth ardderchog o bwysigrwydd addysg gynhwysol fel rhan o gymdeithas sy’n wynebu ac yn mynd i’r afael â hiliaeth, ac a all ddangos tystiolaeth o gyflawni canlyniadau clir.

 

Bydd yr unigolyn, y tîm neu’r ysgol lwyddiannus wedi datblygu mentrau sy’n cyfrannu at ddull ysgol gyfan o gynnwys profiadau pobl Ddu, Asiaidd ac Ethnig Lleiafrifol (gan gynnwys cymunedau Sipsiwn, Roma a Theithwyr), ac wedi cyfrannu tuag at sicrhau bod pob disgybl yn cael addysg sy’n cydnabod pwysigrwydd y cymunedau hyn i Gymru, ddoe a heddiw.

The Betty Campbell MBE award for promoting the contributions and perspectives of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities

Following the successful launch of the Professional Teaching Awards Cymru “Betty Campbell MBE award for promoting the contributions and perspectives of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities

The nomination form can be found here. The closing date for nominations is midnight on Tuesday 23rd November.

This is awarded to an individual, team or school that has demonstrated an excellent awareness of the importance of an inclusive education as part of a society that confronts and addresses racism, and can evidence the delivery of clear outcomes.

The successful individual, team or school will have developed initiatives that contribute to a whole-school approach to the inclusion of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (including Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities) experiences, and contributed towards ensuring all pupils have an education that recognises the importance of these communities to Wales, both in the past and present.
