Julia Unwin, Chief Executive, Joseph Rowntree Foundation

What are the implications of ‘austerity measures’ for Britain’s poorest members? Closer to home, what will be the consequences of welfare reform for the poorest households in Wales? At a moment when these issues are at the forefront of the policy agenda in the UK, the Centre for Advanced Studies in Public Policy at the University of Glamorgan in association with the Centre for Regeneration Excellence Wales is hosting a public lecture by one of the leading figures in this field – Julia Unwin, Chief Executive of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Refreshments will be served from 6.00pm and the lecture will be followed by a reception.
