Helping Older People Stay Warm in Winter – Energy Awareness SessionAge Cymru is running an energy awareness session to community members in Cardiff who feel they could do with some extra information and support with managing their fuel bills to help them stay warmer through the winter. 
The 2-hour session will contain practical information on the following:

– causes and solutions to fuel poverty
– health impacts of living in a cold damp home
– how to understand fuel bills and budgeting
– information on help and support available to households who have fallen into arrears with their bills;
– ways of improving the energy efficiency of their home
– practical energy efficiency tips
