A new employment scheme is launching in Cardiff in the next couple of weeks. Oasis Cardiff, working in Partnership with the Gate Arts and Community Centre, will be working with three intakes of 18-20 participants over the next 9 months to provide work experience, training and one-to-one coaching and mentoring.
The team includes a careers advisor, a life coach and an occupational therapist, also work experience opportunities in areas as diverse as administration, bar work, drama and children’s work, to name but a few. Participants will also take part in an award-winning Personal Development Course (which was actually nominated for its award by Mark Freeman from Careers Wales!)
