This Diverse Cymru course will assist all staff and volunteers involved in the provision of support, advice and advocacy services. It focuses upon what you need to know when supporting people to make decisions especially in the areas of treatment, accommodation and money. It includes case studies, the 5 principles of the Act and understanding what is meant by ‘capacity’.
