C3SC currently has vacancies we would like to fill, and as part of our recruitment process, we are holding an open day to give candidates the opportunity to discuss the role in detail with our team. This open day will be taking place Tuesday 24th July from 9.30am to 1.30pm. The roles we are currently hiring are:
- Third Sector Development Officer for West and South West:
£25,056 – £26,556 p.a., 37 Hours (full-time)
To promote and provide services, support and advice to local charities, community groups and social enterprises and foster relationships between the local voluntary sector and public bodies, promote social action and make sure local communities have a voice. Application pack here
- Third Sector Development Officer for the BME Skills Project:
£25,322 – £26,822.00 (pro rata) 28 hours per week
We are looking to appoint a community focused, motivated and organised person to the TSDO BME Skills Project post. The role will focus on supporting BME community groups to recruit and induct trustees and volunteers from BME backgrounds – including students, graduates and professionals – to support BME third sector organisations to run on a sustainable basis. The successful candidate will establish connections with BME groups and individuals and promote volunteering schemes to support the mutual aspirations of all who participate in the project. - Volunteering and Activities Facilitator:
NJC Scale Point 25 (£22884 p.a. pro rata) 21 hours per week
This role will focus on supporting people into volunteering as part of a joint C3SC and United Welsh Housing Association initiative that support individuals and families to develop personal plans for improving their health and wellbeing. The successful candidate would be highly organised, motivated, efficient and courteous. Application pack here
- Administrator:
£15,572 – £16,772 per annum (pro rata): (22 Hours per week)
We are seeking to appoint an organized and motivated person with a commitment to excellent customer service to the post of Administrator within the Admin and Finance Team at C3SC. Job Purpose: To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to C3SC’s staff team and Board- to include organising and monitoring training, events and meetings, providing information and support to members and clients and assisting with HR and general administrative duties – to further C3SC’s vision of a strong, diverse and relevant third sector in Cardiff.
