Stakeholders are free to use them as they see fit in engaging with the consultation but please note that the event was conducted under Chatham House rules. To facilitate responding as much as possible, two versions are provided:
- One paragraphed that can be more easily used and/or built on to submit consultation responses.
- One in table format which contains word for word the same substantive text, but which also has brief explainers of the proposals.
The consultation deadline is 8 March 11:59pm.
