REACH+ Integration Hub Project 2023-24

The Intergration Hub Project is a year-long project funded by City and Guilds. The aim of the project is to holistically support displaced people as they journey into work.
So far, the project has undertaken extensive 1:1 work with individuals, supporting them with job applications, interviews, CVs, training opportunities and confidence-building. The IHP has also begun to provide wrap-around support in the form of Working Wardrobe and The Hygiene Bank, CV workshops and ‘Meet the Employer’ programmes (NHS, McDonalds etc), all of which have had excellent student feedback.
