Y Gwobaru

Mae’r Gwobrau yn ôl ac rydym nawr yn derbyn ceisiadau ac enwebiadau!

Mae’r Gwobrau yn cydnabod, dathlu a rhannu arfer ragorol gan sefydliadau, grwpiau neu dimau ym maes gofal cymdeithasol, blynyddoedd cynnar a gofal plant.

Rydym yn chwilio am geisiadau o bob ardal – y sectorau gwirfoddol, preifat neu statudol. Gall y gofal a’r cymorth a ddarparwyd fod yn ofal preswyl neu gymunedol, mawr neu fach. Gallwch fod yn gweithio gyda phlant neu oedolion..

Ar gyfer Gwobrau 2020 rydym wedi symleiddio ein ffurflenni cais i wneud hi’n haws ymgeisio. Hefyd gall pobl gyflwyno fideo fer yn lle llenwi ffurflen gais.

Yn ogystal â newid y ffurflenni, rydym wedi cyflwyno Y wobr Gofalwn Cymru.

Mae Y Gwobr Gofalwn Cymru yn dathlu gweithwyr gofal unigol yng Nghymru sy’n cael effaith gadarnhaol ar fywydau pobl.

Gallent weithio yn y sectorau cyhoeddus, gwirfoddol neu statudol, gallent weithio gydag oedolion, plant neu deuluoedd.

Y gwahaniaeth rhwng Y Gwobr Gofalwn Cymru a’r Gwobrau yw ein bod yn gofyn am enwebiadau ar gyfer Y Gwobr Gofalwn Cymru a bydd yr enillydd yn cael ei benderfynu trwy bleidlais gyhoeddus.

Gall unrhyw un enwebu gweithiwr gofal, felly mae’n bwysig iawn ein bod ni’n gadael i gynifer o bobl â phosib wybod amdano.

Weithiau, nid yw pobl yn sylweddoli pa mor drawiadol yw eu gwaith, felly os ydych chi’n gwybod am brosiect sy’n gymwys – waeth pa mor fawr neu fach – rhowch y wybodaeth hon iddyn nhw a’u hannog i ymgeisio.

Rwyf wedi atodi rhywfaint o ddeunydd hyrwyddo a fydd yn helpu i ledaenu’r gair ein bod ni bellach yn derbyn cofnodion, ond os ydych chi’n meddwl am unrhyw beth arall y gallem ei gynhyrchu i helpu i’w hyrwyddo, cysylltwch ag [email protected].

The Accolades

The Accolades are back and we’re now accepting entries and nominations!

The Accolades are awards that recognise, celebrate and share excellent work by organisations, groups or teams in social care, early years and childcare.

We are looking for applications from every area – the voluntary, private or statutory sectors. The care and support they provide can be residential or community-based, large or small and they can be working with children or adults.

For the 2020 Accolades we’ve streamlined our application forms making it even easier to apply. Also, people can submit a short video instead of completing an entry form.

As well as changing the forms, we have introduced the WeCare Wales award.

The WeCare Wales award celebrates individual care workers in Wales who have a positive impact on people’s lives.

They could work in the public, voluntary or statutory sectors, they could work with adults, children or families.

The difference between the WeCare Wales award and the Accolades is that we’re asking for nominations for the WeCare Wales award and the winner will be decided by a public vote.

Anybody can nominate a care worker, so it’s really important we let as many people as possible know about it.

Sometimes people don’t realise how impressive their work is, so if you know a project that’s eligible – no matter how big or small – please pass this information on to them and encourage them to enter.

I’ve attached some promotional material that will help spread the word that we’re now accepting entries, but if you think of anything else we could produce to help promote it, please contact [email protected].
