Vacancy – C3SC Third Sector Locality Officer

Salary: £24,657 – £25,801 per annum/pro-rata (NJC Scale Point SCP 27-28) 

Hours: 28 hours p/w

Contract Type: Fixed Term (Funded by Cardiff and Vale University Health Board until 30th March 2020)

 

Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) was set up in 1997 to support and represent the third sector in Cardiff, helping to drive good practice and provide a voice for this vital, vibrant and innovative sector.

 

We are seeking to appoint an organized and motivated person with a commitment to excellent customer service to the post of Third Sector Locality Officer within C3SC.

 Job Purpose: This post will work across Cardiff to map community assets and support the contribution of the emerging health and well-being networks in each of the Cardiff GPclusters. This will enable a place based approach to the provision of cluster based services, support multi-agency integrated health and social care delivery and ensure a clear focus on early intervention and prevention.
