999 Experience Survey:
The Welsh Ambulance Services Trust (WAST) would like to invite you to a webinar to provide an overview of our pivotal project, ‘Connected Support Cymru’ (CSC).
CSC aims to improve patient outcomes and experience through the use of our colleagues, volunteers and digital innovation. Importantly this approach is expected to help build community resilience and help people remain at home, rather than be conveyed to hospital. In the longer term our ambitions for this service are significant and will hopefully see us build a new national approach to personally led digital enabled health and care.
You have been invited to the webinar as the role you play within your organisation aligns with the ambitions of CSC.
The webinar will be held on Friday 9 February at 9.30am.
We would be grateful if you could pre-register for the event to inform us of your intention to attend by clicking here.
If you would like to submit a question in Welsh please let us know by Friday 2 February.
Please send any queries to amb_volunteer.CWR.engagement@wales.nhs.uk.
