Undiagnosed Children’s Day is SWAN (syndromes without a name) UK’s annual awareness day held on the last Friday of April.It’s the chance to make as much noise as we can, increase awareness of undiagnosed genetic conditions and raise funds to ensure SWAN UK can carry on providing support to families who are affected by them.This year, Undiagnosed Children’s Day will be on Friday 28 April.Read on to find out all of the fun, fabulous ways that you can get involved.
