Versus Arthritis has an information session taking place on Thursday 22^nd June 2023 looking into how arthritis can impact on sleep. The discussion will be based around the stages of sleep and the sleep cycle, looking at strategies and tips for improving sleep habits.. Everyone is welcome!

This session is taking place online via Teams 10.30 am – 11.30 am.
