From 1 October 2015 it will be illegal to smoke in private vehicles when someone under the age of 18 is present. smoking ban

The website includes: details about the change in law … what it means for drivers and passengers … Q&A explaining the details of the law and who it applies to and when. It also signposts people to access support to cease smoking.

You can download a toolkit for the campaign here. This communications toolkit has been developed to help you raise awareness of smoke-free private vehicles carrying children under 18.
