Grow Well Cardiff are now running another Grow Well Garden, this one based in Grangetown. It is the 4th Grow Well garden set up by Grow Well Cardiff and is based at Grange Medical Practice, Bishop Street covering Central Cardiff, Grangetown, Butetown and Cardiff Bay. People living in these areas or registered with GP’s in the area are welcome to self refer or get a GP or health professional to refer them via Elemental. The garden is open every Thursday from 1pm – 4pm.
