Strategic Programme for Primary Care (SPPC) would like to invite you, and any colleagues who may be interested to a regional workshop being held via teams – dates and details are listed below.

The workshops will be facilitated by Mark Llewellyn from University of South Wales and cover:

  • a short overview of the paper attached
  • the evaluation tool and how it can benefit you and your teams
  • real life experiences from stakeholders who have used the tool and how it has been of value
  • consideration of how the evaluation tool could be used in your area

The invite is open to those across all primary and community care, social care, voluntary organisations and third sector in each region. We hope these workshops will support collaborative discussions and an agenda for the session will be shared nearer to the date.

If you wish to register to attend a workshop, please email :  sppc@wales.nhs.uk ensuring you confirm which session you want to attend. We ask that you attend the session in your region wherever possible.
