Working as the Participation and Engagement Coordinator, Anna supports the effective engagement and participation of community groups and organisations in the development of local solutions and influencing public policy and services.

Callum’s role is to support individuals into volunteering and assisting voluntary groups and organisations with all things volunteering, including recruitment, retention and celebrating volunteers.

Claire leads the team providing our third sector development support, connecting our members to strategic opportunities and policy and ensuring we effectively support the services and activities that meet local needs and respond to public policy and services.

Duncan joined C3SC in April 2019 and works as the Health and Social Care Facilitator. Duncan has worked in project and programme management roles for a wide range of third sector organisations, including Macmillan, Tenovus, the Alzheimer’s Society and Oxfam.

Ebed joined C3SC in 2016 and is responsible for the Cardiff Volunteer Centre (CVC) supporting people who want to volunteer and organisations recruiting volunteers to find the right opportunities.

Rachel’s role is to support the Chief Executive, Senior Management, Operations Team and Volunteer Centre with a range of administrative and financial support, ensuring consistent and effective operations within the C3SC Team.

Thoria is the TSDO for North and East Cardiff and coordinates the Cardiff Third Sector Learning & Enterprise and Equality & Human Rights Networks.

Judy’s role is to support the Volunteer Centre and C3SC at large in promoting internal and external activities via its website, social media and newsletter. This includes designing campaigns and finding ways to maximize reach to audiences – existing and new!

Kailee joined C3SC in 2021 as part of the Cardiff Volunteer Centre (CVC) team; supporting individuals into volunteering opportunities, and assisting Cardiff third sector organisations in the creation and implementation of volunteering schemes.

Working as a part of the Volunteer Centre team, Magda connects volunteers from diverse backgrounds to volunteering opportunities in Cardiff. She also supports organisations in recruiting volunteers, making sure that the opportunities are accessible to all.

Arsha joined in May 2024, having volunteered with the Cardiff Youth Led Grant Panel as a Panel Member to support with deciding which youth projects are funded in Cardiff. Arsha is currently undertaking a work placement with C3SC to further her experience as she completes her degree in Biomedical Science at Cardiff University.

Sheila Hendrickson-Brown joined Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) as Chief Executive Officer in July 2012 following a career in the private, public and third sectors. She currently sits on a range of strategic partnership boards representing the views and interests of the third sector locally.

Thomas spent seventeen years at Interlink as Community Advisor, Volunteer Officer and Communities First Participation Support Officer. As a fluent Welsh speaker, I chair for Cylch Meithrin Ysgol Glan Morfa in my spare time.
