Introduction to Cyfle Cymru for Cardiff and the Vale

The Cyfle Cymru Project in Cardiff and the Vale that support people 16 plus who are out of work and education and looking to benefit from support around substance use and mental health and help them get back into a place where they feel they can achieve goals and get back into work. Cyfle can offer the following :

  • One to One support from a peer mentor for the local area
  • Support around substance use
  • Support around mental health
  • Wellbeing events / volunteering events
  • Advocacy, advice and guidance
  • Online courses to upskill
  • CV support
  • Help in their recovery and wellbeing
  • Interview skills
  • Employment support and up to 6 months in work employment support
  • Support to get into further education
  • Support with PIP claims and further benefit applications
  • Link in with agencies such as JCP, Housing, Probation, CAVDAS and much more.
