Introduction to Fundraising- 8th October 10-4pm £80

This session will help you think through your approach to raisin funds. Who do you approach and how? You will learn how to write a fundraising strategy, research funders, present your case, write an effective application and consider the benefits of face to face activities and corporate support.

 

Introduction to Project Management- 12th and 13th November 10-4pm £140

This 2 day course is ideal or everyone, new or experienced who is managing projects and or/staff.

Participants will learn how to Develop a Project Plan; Set the Business Case; Manage Risks; Control Change.

 

Both courses are taking place at YMCA, The Walk, Roath, Cardiff, CF24 3AG.

Epitome Consultancy and Training are also offering a Freelance Volunteer Manager. Who offers 25 years of experience of managing volunteers, 11 of those as Chief Executive of a Volunteer Centre, bringing strategic development and direct management. This Volunteer Manager can update volunteering policies and procedures, meet with the team to identiy what volunteers are needed, create role descriptions, advertise and match volunteers with projects.
