Cyfle Cymru is a service delivered by Adferiad which helps people with substance misuse issues and/or mental health conditions into work, education or training.
Please see their planned activities for August 2023 as part of ‘Don’t Be A Bully’ month, as well as a bilingual leaflet explaining what they do and how they can help.
Attached is also an Out of Work Peer Mentoring Service form to help engage those aged 16 to 24 and not in employment, education or training or aged 25 or over and long term unemployed or economically inactive.
