Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2022 – Outstanding Community Volunteer Winner: Lynn Martin

We would like to highlight Lynn Martin for winning the Outstanding Community Volunteer Award at the Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2022.

Llanrumney Hall Pantry has many amazing permanent volunteers, but one stands out above all. Lynn works as Llanrumney Hall Pantry’s Lead Volunteer and helps to run and organise The Pantry, week after week. Lynn never fails to show up with a smile and dedicate her time to this community and has provided a level of added value.

Her hard work and resilience have helped grow The Pantry to what it is today, and this has undoubtedly had a positive impact on the whole community. Lynn has been there since the start and will continue to volunteer – it’s clear she loves to make a difference. The Pantry wanted to nominate Lynn for her commitment to Llanrumney Hall Pantry and the continued work she’s doing because it is a perfect way of honouring the commitment she has shown to this community facility even before it even opened its doors.

Thank you so much for all your hard work in supporting your local community.
