Children and Young People patient experience survey.

The patient experience survey on behalf of Welsh Government is looking to collect experiences of the healthcare services children and young people have received over the past year during the pandemic. The survey is aimed at young people between the ages of 11 and 18 who have accessed or tried to access healthcare services in the past year. The link to the survey is here click here.
